Different culture and language have undoubtedly become a barrier in building understanding among people and countries. These conditions are further complicated by the widespread of science and technology, making this space feels narrower. Therefore, the translator profession is an obligatory existence. Language shouldn’t be a barrier in communication and the key to success in reaching the global market is translation. In this site I offer a translation service from English into Bahasa Indonesia.

Brief history

I have been a freelance translator (English into Bahasa Indonesia) with extensive experience (more than seven years) across translations of sciences, medical, health, agriculture, dental, other fields.

I have completed various orders so far, from individual clients to major companies and organizations. I have spent much of my time to study language since I was graduated from general high school. My English competence is accredited by Ministry of National Education, Republic of Indonesia in 2000. Currently, I am continuing my study in English Literature at a Makassar Islamic University.

Language pair, fields of expertise, and service type

I offer English into Bahasa Indonesia translation only with the following fields of expertise: Medical, Health, Chemical, Biology, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Fishery, Environment, Industry and IT.

Currently, I offer translation service for various types of document. I accept document in .pdf, .doc, .xls, .odt, .ods, .jpg, and .txt formats. I don’t offer the following services: Website localization, proofreading, subtitling, and transcribing.

Rates and Payments

My rates are negotiable in US Dollar (US$) or Rupiah (IDR) currency and are relatively based on the following criteria: content and level of difficulty, deadline, and length of the document.

The range is from Rp15,000 to Rp30,000 per 200 words of source text. You can convert this rate into US Dollar currency by clicking here. When agreement reached about the rate and total amount of payment, you need to transfer down payment of minimum fifty percent (50%) via paypal (details are available on request) or bank transfer (BNI). Job will be initiated after confirming the down payment status. The completed job file will be sent to your email address with password. The password will be given via email or other contacts after the rest of payment is settled.

The terms mentioned above are still negotiable. Therefore, communication between both parties (client and translator) is vital in this case.
